4. Chemical / Biological Hazard NoticeOur products may pose chemical, biological, or physical hazards. You agree to:Handle all materials exclusively in controlled laboratory environments.Use proper PPE and follow appropriate safety protocols.Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

5. FDA DisclaimerStatements and products provided by Mia Science have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.All products and information are for educational and research purposes only.For clarity, again:Mia Science is not a 503A compounding pharmacy.Mia Science is not a 503B outsourcing facility.We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

6. Requirements for Using the StoreBy using our Site, you represent that:You are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.You will not use our products for any clinical or medical use.You understand that Mia Science does not provide compounded medications.You will not resell or distribute products for prohibited purposes.We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
