If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is materially not as described, email us at m.i.a.sciences@gmail.com with your order number and, when helpful, photos. We review each request in line with our terms and conditions and applicable law.

Because of the nature of research materials, not all items are eligible for return once shipped. Do not return items without contacting us first; unauthorized returns may not be processed.
